| EQUIPMENT AND PAINT GUARANTEE POLICY: Our customer service department can be reached between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST by calling 1-800-323-4700. We will instruct you where to send the product. Make sure you include your Company Name, Address, Phone
Number and a Contact Name along with a brief description of the problem. We will call you once the equipment
or paint arrives. All returned paints go through rigorous quality control and testing in our lab. Turn around is very
quick, so you never have to worry about being without your Fox Valley Systems paint or Fox Valley Systems
equipment.
ITEMS DAMAGED BY UPS: Notify Fox Valley Systems right away about any damage by UPS. We will file a claim and promptly send out a
replacement. It is very important never to sign for a product that is damaged. You must refuse the item. Always
count the number of packages you are signing for. Any short shipments cannot be resolved if you signed for all
the packages.
ITEMS DAMAGED BY COMMON CARRIER (TRUCK): If any items are damaged by a common carrier, you must make a note of the damage on all copies of the bill of
lading, sign and date it. Set aside any damaged boxes and call Fox Valley Systems right away. We will contact
the shipping company and get it taken care of as soon as possible. Always count the number of packages you
are signing for. Any short shipments cannot be resolved if you signed for all the packages. OVERSTOCK: Fox Valley Systems, Inc will, on occasion, accept overstock returns. All items must be in their original
packaging and unopened. A restocking charge may apply. Contact our Customer Service Department
